Washburn County Tourism Association

Monthly Meeting– Tuesday-January 9, 2007

NO Quorum  

Vice President Greg Vreeland called meeting to order at 11:30 a.m. (Washburn County Highway Shop)

 Present:  Greg Vreeland, Ann Miller, Charlie Swanson, Rob Fletcher, and Betty Jo Brown, Mike Bobin

Absent:   Dan Frase, Dick Fankhauser, Chuck Jenkins, Gary Sutherland, Kathy Mitchell, Bruce Miller, Deb Meier, Storme Nelson, Greg Krantz, and Margaret Miller. 

Others Present:  Margie Quinn, and Ruth Skie

 

Treasurer’s Report by Charlie Swanson County Chairman Mike Bobin stated the Tourism Board members cannot make a motion to pay bills other than the monthly bills such as Utilities, etc. without a Quorum.  Monthly bills were pd.

 

  Motion to adjourn meeting by Greg Vreeland, 2nd by Rob Fletcher.  Motion carried.

 

  Next Meeting – January 13, 2007 in Washburn County Highway Shop at 11:30am.

NO QUORUM 

Present:  Dan Frase, Ann Miller, Charlie Swanson, Storme Nelson, Rob Fletcher, and Greg Vreeland. 

Absent:   Dick Fankhauser, Chuck Jenkins, Gary Sutherland, Kathy Mitchell, Bruce Miller, Betty Jo Brown, Greg Krantz and Mike Bobin.

 

Others Present:  Margie Quinn,  and Ruth Skie

 

Treasurer’s Report by Charlie Swanson – Ann Miller made a motion to pay the bills by the Executive Committee approval.  Rob Fletcher 2nd motion.  Motion carried.

 

Dan Frase excused Marge from the meeting for a committee meeting to be held.

 

Storme Nelson made a motion to adjourn the meeting because of no Quorum.  Rob Fletcher 2nd the motion.  Motion carried.

 

Next Meeting – February 13, 2007 in Washburn County Highway Shop at 11:30am.
