The main level has a very large open floor plan including a large kitchen with island, dining room and family room with double patio doors that open to the deck. Did you know that Long Lake is the Walleye Capital of Wisconsin? This property is called Boy Scouts View since it overlooks the Boy Scouts land across the lake. The Boy Scouts own about 12 miles of shoreline on the east side of the lake preserving forests and Long Lake shoreline forever.

More Information...This 3 BR, 2 bath cabin is beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home and handicap accessible. It is located on LONG LAKE, which is a 3,300 acre lake known as the "Walleye Capital of Wisconsin" but also known for its bass and pan fish. The lake feels very private as the Boy Scouts own about 12 miles of shoreline that is undeveloped but yet has marinas and many restaurants on the lake so you never have to leave the lake. This cabin is located on the large north bay of Long Lake which is large enough for water skiing, tubing and fishing. You will enjoy all the wildlife; eagles, osprey and loons are common on the lake. There is county property located across the road with hiking, ski and ATV trails and some "undiscovered" lakes stocked with trout. This cabin has been tastefully remodeled for your full enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king bed, master bath and satellite TV. The cabin has a large kitchen adjoining a very nice family room with 3 TVs, full entertainment center, gas fireplace and is handicap accessible.

There is a large master bedroom (king bed) in a private loft with full bath and a private balcony. It sleeps 8-10 people so their is room for entertaining family and friends. There is an active spring nearby that provides cool, clean drinking water during those walks or bike rides or grab a jug and bring it back to the cabin. Long Lake is a unique lake since 12 miles of undeveloped shoreline is owned by the Boy Scouts so it has a real natural setting. Long Lake is 3,300 acres known for its great fishery, including pan fish, bass, pike and walleye. In fact, it is known as the "Walleye Capital of Wisconsin" since it has a very abundant walleye population. This lake adjoins a large trail system and county land for all your recreational options and many lake restaurants can be accessed by boat.

Our very clean cottages are fully furnished and feature a deck overlooking the lake, a color TV with DVD/VCR player, a fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans, full size beds with linens furnished, charcoal grills, and a 14' fishing boat on a lift. There is plenty of docking space for personal boats, electrical outlets at the lake to plug in batteries, and we offer 9.9 Mercury outboards and pontoons for rent. Activities include a sandy bottom swimming area with slides, a playground area surrounded in sand, a bonfire area and free use of the paddleboats and canoe. The lodge features a general store, beer bar and video game area. Spring and fall discounts are available.
