Water Color Class

Arts in Hand Gallery is pleased to announce that a water color class will be held by Trudy Tyson.  From her artist statement “I am primarily a watercolor artist but love to try other creative process’.  I find any chance to paint, cut, glue, sew an opportunity to relax and let happy accidents happen.  Many years ago I painted in oil and worked with a paint manufacturer to demo their products and oil colors.  I taught oil and had both retail and wholesale design business.” 

At the class you will learn watercolor batik of a great blue heron. Registration and paid fee required with Arts in Hand Gallery (715-635-9303). Items to bring are a roll of paper towel and an OLD towel wrapped foamboard or thin paneling 12” X 16”, a lunch and wear old clothing.  Trudy will have other supplies of paints, brushes, palettes, rice paper pattern, backing boards, wax, irons and frying pans.
