Office Coordinator

Job Type: Full Time, Hourly
Range: $15-$17 per Hour

WCTA is looking to add a new team member to their team for the Office Coordinator role. The office coordinator will support both directors, Executive & Marketing, in a variety of operational, outreach & marketing services and functions of Washburn County Tourism Association. The role of the office coordinator will be to carry out the travel information operations as assigned. The hours of the position are primarily Monday through Friday 9AM to 4PM, with occasional weekend and evening hours.

As the primary destination marketing organization in Washburn County, WCTA serves all the area communities including Birchwood, Long Lake, Minong, Shell Lake, Spooner, Stone Lake and everywhere in between. The Jack Link’s Aquatic & Activity Center is a community center that enhances community life in Minong and the surrounding area by providing positive and impactful social, physical, and recreational opportunities for individuals, families, and the community at large in Minong and the surrounding area. JLAAC is currently seeking applicants to fill the open Lifeguard position(s). Wages starting at $14.00 an hour. Hours are Monday thru Friday 6AM to 12PM. After-School Program Substitute Site Coordinator

Job Type: Long-term Part Time, Hourly

Salary: $22.00/Hour

The Spooner Elementary School After-School Program is looking for a long-term Substitute Site Coordinator. Job responsibilities are managing and coordinating the after-school program.
