Thank you for your interest in our organization. The Indianhead Rifle and Pistol Club (IRPC) was chartered in 1983. The range is located on 100 acres, one and a half miles East of US 53/63 on County Highway A. The following ranges are available for member use: 600 yd, .22 caliber, shotgun, trap, skeet, 200 yd rifle, 50 yd pistol (with falling plates, swinging targets, bowling pins and PPC), and dog training areas. We have recently completed building a club house.
The Wisconsin State Patrol, Washburn County Sheriff's Department, and the Spooner Police Department use the facility for qualification and practice. County youth groups use the range for Hunter Education programs, 4-H Shooting Sports programs, and DU Greenwing programs. The range is available to club members and guests accompanied by members during the year and is open to the general public on weekends in November.
