Shell Lake Beach - A local hot spot during the summer, Shell Lake Beach offers a spacious, sandy beach on one of Washburn County's most beautiful lakes. With an adjoining playground, courtesy dock, fishing pier, campground, and even a bandshell, Shell Lake Beach is the perfect place to cool off on a hot, summer day. The beach and park are located at the end of Shell Lake's main street (5th Avenue) where you'll find ice cream shops, restaurants, gift shops, and more.

The Burch Barn - The one and only pumpkin patch in Washburn County serving fall family fun, the ambiance of the barn brings you back to simpler days with rustic charm and family togetherness. Offering sweet treats and drinks to satisfy those fall flavor cravings and many activities such as a giant corn pit, petting zoo, gunny sack slide, pumpkin bowling, grain train, inflatable bouncy houses, corn maze and more!

Perlick Distillery - Perlick Distillery is a family-owned business that produces fine spirits distilled from grains grown on site from their five-generation farm. The tasting room offers a cocktail and martini menu, as well as a variety of seasonal drinks. If you’re visiting in August, you won’t want to miss taking a stroll through the beautiful sunflower maze that this 2024 Best of WashCo: Best Attraction winner grows in the field around the distillery.
