Starting Salary: $36,000
The Program Coordinator (PC) is a full-time, year-round salaried position. The PC is responsible for all aspects of Hunt Hill’s public programming, in addition to managing a small seasonal staff. Applications will be accepted until March 10 or when the position is filled. Start date can range from March 20 - May 30th. Salaried position starts at $36,000/year plus additional benefits.

2023 Summer Environmental Educator

Job Type: Full Time, Seasonal: May 30th-August 18th


The Summer Environmental Educator (EEs) positions are full-time, seasonal positions. EEs will lead effective and interactive day camp activities for youth ages 7 to 12 years old. Seasonal term of employment is from May 30 to August 18. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to apply. Benefits include a weekly living stipend and a WisCorps Education Award upon successful completion of service. Onsite housing provided.

Salary:  $15.00-$17.00 per Hour

Washburn County Economic Development Corporation (WCEDC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that was established in 2002 in a response to having a center to serve existing county businesses, promote the development of new business start-ups, and to help businesses relocate to Washburn County. WCEDC wants to facilitate and stimulate economic growth and stability for Washburn County.

WCEDC supports businesses large and small, industrial and commercial. WCEDC works directly with public and private entities in the County as well as State and Federal Government to provide comprehensive assistance. In order to perform the job well, one must have a good understanding of Quickbooks and Microsoft Office programs. This position maintains QuickBooks for two organizations, assists with loan closings, loan management, gathering information for board meetings, and other duties as assigned. This is a work environment that strives to continue to grow Washburn County and thus, there's something new every day. The best candidate has the ability to be flexible and excited about change!
