The Minong Area Rifle Range is located 2 miles east of Minong on Taylor Lake Rd. (go east on Hwy 77 one mile, then south on Taylor Lake Rd 1.2 miles). This rifle range is located on Washburn County Forest Lands and provides for 50, 100, 200, and 300 yard shooting. The facility also includes a trap range. All facilities are available for public use during daylight hours and at no charge. Law enforcement training, hunter education training, or other scheduled events may restrict public use of the range at times.
Hours of Operation:
The range is open Monday through Sunday during daylight hours.
